It's time for a name and shame game with windhoek taxis

Having watched the mayhem at the taxi ranks at Mareua Mall and the University of Namibia entrance, I think it is high time that we create a website where we can post our photos of taxis breaking road rules. I'm not sure how easy it will be to identify the owners of the taxis in question, but a public site with photos may help City police come closer to creating a demerit system for wayward taxi drivers and their owners!
